1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the FairEleven website and public analysis services. FairEleven is a service operated by WEBSERVICES - ENDRESEN, organisation number 995 879 859, registered in Norway at Vågslien 7, 5113 Tertnes, Norway. FairEleven is a service name, not a separately incorporated legal entity — WEBSERVICES - ENDRESEN is the operator you are contracting with when these Terms apply.

2. The FairEleven service

FairEleven provides independent, informational football analysis, including match analysis, team information and related editorial content.

In its current MVP form:

• access is free;
• no user account is required;
• no product or subscription is sold;
• no payment is taken;
• FairEleven is not a bookmaker;
• content is not betting advice; and
• FairEleven does not guarantee sporting or financial outcomes.

This describes how the service works today. It does not limit how FairEleven may operate or what it may offer in the future.

3. AI-assisted and human-reviewed content

Some content on FairEleven may be created with assistance from artificial intelligence and data-processing tools. FairEleven applies human review and editorial controls before publication, according to its applicable editorial workflow. This does not mean that every factual statement has been individually verified or manually checked at field level — see “Data, accuracy and availability” below.

4. Data, accuracy and availability

FairEleven’s analysis may depend on third-party sports data and other sources. Data can be incomplete, delayed, corrected or unavailable. Line-ups, injuries, suspensions and other match information can change after an analysis is published. Analysis reflects information available at the stated time, and FairEleven may correct or update published material as better information becomes available.

You should independently verify information before relying on it for any important decision.

5. Permitted use

You may:

• read and use the website for personal and ordinary informational purposes;
• share normal links to public FairEleven pages; and
• quote limited extracts with clear attribution where permitted by law.

6. Prohibited use

Without FairEleven’s prior written permission, you must not:

• systematically copy or republish FairEleven analysis;
• commercially redistribute or resell FairEleven content;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-extract content from the website in an automated way;
• build a competing dataset or service from systematic extraction of FairEleven content;
• circumvent technical controls on the website;
• interfere with the website’s security or availability;
• present FairEleven content as your own; or
• use the service unlawfully.

This does not restrict legitimate search-engine indexing of public pages, or any use that applicable law does not permit FairEleven to restrict.

7. Intellectual property and third-party rights

FairEleven’s original analysis, written content, structure, selection, design and branding are protected to the extent applicable law allows.

• Factual sports data may originate from third-party providers.
• Team, competition and player names may be protected by their respective owners.
• No licence to any third-party trademark, logo, image or other protected material is granted through this website.
• FairEleven does not claim ownership of any third-party rights.

8. Third-party services and links

The website may refer or link to third-party sources or services. FairEleven does not control, and is not responsible for, their availability, content or privacy practices. Visiting a linked third-party site is at your own discretion and subject to that site’s own terms.

9. Privacy

FairEleven’s Privacy Notice (the combined Privacy and Cookie Notice) explains the operator, how personal data is processed, newsletter processing when applicable, contact information, and FairEleven’s current cookie and tracking position. It forms part of how FairEleven operates the website but is not repeated here.

10. Changes to the website and Terms

FairEleven may update, correct, suspend or discontinue website content or functionality. These Terms may be updated when the service, applicable law or FairEleven’s operating model changes. A material change to these Terms will be reflected through an updated effective date above, or other appropriate notice. Updates apply from the point they take effect and do not retrospectively change obligations that already applied.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• FairEleven is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on incomplete, delayed or inaccurate sports information;
• FairEleven does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website; and
• FairEleven is not responsible for third-party service failures outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, or any mandatory right, that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for intent or gross negligence.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of any mandatory protection available to you under the law of your country of residence. Disputes are handled by the competent courts determined under applicable mandatory law.
